Society of Dairy Technology


The Society publishes a number of technical publications, the flagship being the International Journal of Dairy Technology along with a unique 'Technical Series' of books aimed at the dairy science and technology practitioner.  Members have full electronic access to the IJDT and can purchase books in the Technical Series at a significantly discounted price.


Members can also access a range of shorter publications online.  These include the Handbook of Dairy Technology which has a practical style, A History of the Development of Whey Protein Concentrate and our latest publication, A guide to Cutting Cheese with Wires.
