More nutrition - less emissions, a review

Dr Mike Lewis, winner of this year's SDT Brian Peacock award for contribution to dairy technology, has kindly penned article for the newsletter commenting on the recent Dairy UK document "More nutrition, less emissions". He also shares information from his recent study with a dairy farmer friend on water and energy usage to produce one litre of milk.
