SDT Summer Symposium 2026

The 2026 SDT Symposium (Key sponsor: tbc ) will be held in the Members Pavilion at the Staffordshire County Showground. 4 speakers will present on cheese and dairy-related topics during the afternoon of this free-to-attend event. Arrive early to visit the trade stands, network and be treated to a delicious buffet lunch, sponsored by Faedah Solutions.

Registration to Attend                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Although this is a free-to-attend event registration for this event is crucial for catering purposes. Please register your attendance by clicking the link at the base of the page and bring the registration ticket with you. Without the issued ticket entry is likely to be refused. The event closes for bookings close on 18th June at midday.

By Road
The Showground is situated on the A518 Stafford to Uttoxeter road some 4 miles from Stafford. Drivers from either the North or South using the M6 motorway should exit at junction 14 and follow the signs for the County Showground.

By Rail
The Showground is just 4 miles from Stafford Railway Station. The station is situated on the West Coast Main Line offering a direct service to London Euston with a journey time of approximately one hour and twenty minutes. It also offers direct services to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Manchester and Liverpool.

By Air
Airports - Birmingham International and East Midlands airports are both a 50 minute drive from the Showground whilst Manchester Airport can be reached in little more than an hour.
