Summary

The Southern Ireland SDT Regional meeting with a theme of Advances in Dairy Processing is taking place at the two day Dairy Connect Ireland event in the BIAInnovation Campus, Galway on 15th April. The SDT event will provide you with a deep dive in recent research projects from DPTC on enhancing evaporator and spray dryer efficiency, dissemination of the UCC Dairy CoVE project, sharing the development of the Dairy Learning Hub, and a presentation from the Irish Bioeconomy Foundation on their Biomethane Development. The event is free for the wide dairy industry to attend and lunch will be provided. Trade stands will be available (cost €250). The full programme will be available shortly.
