Trade stands will be welcome at the event at a cost of £500(+ vat). The Trade Stand Booking Form should be completed and sent to the Executive Director and an invoice will be forwarded by return. Companies exhibiting at the event:

Accommodation: |
Accommodation with breakfast is available at the Glenavon House Hotel, Cooktown BT80 8JQ: room rate including breakfast is £75 (including breakfast). Please note that the Hotel is the venue for the Conference dinner. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at this rate and bookings should be made directly with the hotel (028 8676 4949) by quoting the SDT Conference. |
Please note:
Tea or Coffee and Lunch included in the cost of registration. Vegetarians, and those on special diets can be catered for, but please email execdirector@sdt.org in good time, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
In the event of cancellation: the Society reserves the right to retain 25% of the registration fee, and the full amount if cancellation occurs within 10 working days of the event. Substitutions can be made at any time, but a non-member replacing an SDT member will be charged the balance of the registration fee.
