Spring Conference 2025: Extending the Shelf Life of Dairy Products

Summary
Our Spring Conference 2025 includes presentations from ingredient, processing equipment companies, researchers and chemical suppliers to the industry, informing on new developments and technologies to extend the shelf life of dairy products thereby driving the industry forward. The venue at University of Nottingham offers excellent facilities to house the event and delegates will also have an opportunity to visit a local dairy processing site in the region the day before.
The programme is a suitable a range of backgrounds including: Technical, Product Development, Quality, Operations, Engineering, Research functions in the Dairy Industry and allied industries (ingredient, equipment, chemical suppliers and retailers).
Description
PROGRAMME
Day 1: Industry visit (Afternoon of 26th March)
Cropwell Bishop Creamery (Limited to 30 delegates on a first come first served basis). Meet at 1.45pm in the shop/tea rooms for a 2pm start.
Day 1 Evening (7pm onwards) : An informal pub meal is planned at the Otter Kegworth for any delegates wishing to get together for networking and social purposes. Please book online and mention in the Special Requests box 'SDT group' and the pub will try and sit everyone close together.

In the event of cancellation: the Society reserves the right to retain 25% of the registration fee, and the full amount if cancellation occurs within 30 working days of the event. Substitutions can be made at any time, but a non-member replacing an SDT member will be charged the balance of the registration fee.
