Summer Symposium and Annual Dinner

                                                      Summer Symposium and Annual Dinner

The 2019 SDT Annual Dinner and Symposium will be held on Monday 29th July at Nantwich Civic Hall. The Symposium will start the proceedings with 4 speakers presenting on cheese and dairy related topics during the afternoon. Arrive early to visit the trade stands, network and be treated to a delicious buffet lunch, all free of charge.

It has been 10 years since the prestigious Eden course commenced at Reaseheath College with the dairy industry now benefitting from 200 or more dairy technologists. As always members of the graduating Eden cohort (cohort 8) will be invited to attend the dinner, free of charge, in recognition of their hard work, both at Reaseheath and in the dairy industry over the 3 years of study. In addition, as it is the 10 year anniversary of Eden the Annual Dinner will also host an Eden reunion, where Eden graduates (cohorts 1-7)  can meet up with their former colleagues and indulge in the wonderful banter that was enjoyed whilst studying at Reaseheath. Members of the Operations Group from the dairy industry who have contributed to the Eden programme over the years are also invited to attend this exciting event.

The timing of the Dinner is perfect for anyone who is attending the International Cheese and Dairy Awards Trade Day (Tuesday 30th July), the day after this event. So please come along and join in with other dairy professionals for an afternoon and evening of learning, delicious food (and wine!) and most importantly wonderful company.
