SDT/BFBi Joint Breakfast Seminar: Supporting & Safeguarding Resilient Processes & Practices within your Manufacturing Facility

This free to attend breakfast briefing has the theme of 'Safeguarding Resilient Processes and Practices in Food Manufacturing Facilities' and comprises three 15 minute talks on the following:
- The use of auditing/monitoring applications to collect consistent data, standardise operations, send reports, identify failed areas and get problems solved (Safety Culture)
- Reduction/elimination of bacteria through robust CIP procedures (Holchem)
- The use of cleaning in the management of allergens in food premises (Christeyns)
There will be 5 mins allowed for questions after each talk.
